- For Customers / Patients: Legal name, physical address (for home-care delivery routing), active mobile number (for secure OTP authentication), emergency contact coordinates, and relevant clinical histories, vitals, or physician prescriptions necessary for safe service execution.
- For Independent Staff / Service Providers: Legal name, contact details, profile photographs, verified professional qualifications (degrees, registration licenses), government-issued identification (Aadhar Card, PAN Card), banking coordinates (for weekly payout settlements), and independent Background Verification (BGV) or Police Clearance Certificates (PCC).
- Automated Data: When visitors or users interact with the site, we collect the data shown in input forms, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent strings to aid spam detection and platform security.
3. Media and Document Uploads
If you upload images or documentation to the website (such as BGV documents, degrees, or profile pictures), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Website administrators and specialized background verification vendors can access and process raw uploaded files to verify authenticity.
4. Cookies & Local Browser Storage
We use cookies to optimize platform performance, secure user authentication, and retain session preferences:
- Authentication & Login Cookies: If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser. - Need-to-Know Service Routing: Patient medical context and physical delivery addresses are strictly disclosed only to the specific, independent Staff member who accepts the on-demand care request. This data is entirely hidden from the public-facing marketplace directory.
- Staff Credential Encryption: Highly sensitive identity and financial data belonging to registered Staff (such as bank details and government IDs) are securely stored on encrypted database layers. The public directory only displays the professional’s name, category, experience milestones, and verification badges.
- Third-Party BGV Processing: Registered Staff members grant explicit administrative consent to Workeezi to transmit their identity, criminal record documentation, and educational credentials to designated third-party Background Verification vendors solely for authenticating professional background validity.
- System Operations: If you request a password reset or an authentication token, your IP address will be included in the transaction email/SMS payload.
7. Data Retention and Rights Over Your Data
- Retention Metrics: If you leave a comment or review, the metadata is retained indefinitely for auto-moderation compliance. For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their system username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
- Your Data Rights: If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data, invoices, wallet ledgers, or compliance records that Workeezi is legally obliged to retain for administrative, legal, GST/tax auditing, or security purposes.

Workeezi does not collect, capture, or store raw credit/debit card numbers or core banking passwords. All financial top-ups and wallet loading operations are offloaded securely to PCI-DSS compliant licensed Indian payment gateways utilizing high-grade SSL/TLS encryption tokens.
