Every care professional on Workeezi undergoes our rigorous 4-tier Background Verification — Government ID check, Medical Council Registration verification, Criminal Record & Address Verification, and Professional Credential Validation. Only fully verified professionals are approved and made visible to patients. You can see the verified badge on every approved profile.

When you book a service, funds are loaded into your secure Workeezi Wallet and held in escrow. At the end of each session, you receive a unique OTP on your registered mobile number. You share this OTP with the care professional only when you are completely satisfied with the service. The session fee is deducted only after the OTP is entered — giving you full control over every payment.

If your assigned care professional does not arrive, your booking amount is 100% refunded to your Workeezi Wallet immediately — no questions asked. Our coordination team simultaneously initiates a replacement search to find you an alternative verified professional as quickly as possible. You are never left without support.

You can fund your Workeezi Wallet using UPI, debit card, or credit card. Once added, your balance is held securely in escrow and used to pay for sessions only after your OTP confirmation — so you always know exactly where your money is.

It depends on the service. Doctor visits, nursing procedures, and diagnostics can be booked as single visits. Nursing, attendant, and Japa/Nanny care are available as hourly, 8-hour, 12-hour, or 24-hour live-in shifts — whatever fits your family's need.

Yes absolutely. You can extend your booking at any time directly from your dashboard. Your existing care professional gets the first right of renewal so continuity of care is maintained. Simply top up your wallet and extend the booking duration — no new registration or verification required.

Yes. If your assigned professional isn't the right fit, contact our coordination team via WhatsApp or your dashboard and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible — your care and comfort always come first.

Simply enter your address when booking and we'll match you with the right professional near you. Care professionals from every city are welcome to register and start receiving bookings as demand grows in their area.

Care professionals receive weekly payouts every Monday directly to their registered bank account. Earnings are calculated based on completed and OTP-verified sessions from the previous week. Full transparency is provided through the staff earnings dashboard showing every session, amount earned, and payout status.
