When you book a service, funds are loaded into your secure Workeezi Wallet and held in escrow. At the end of each session, you receive a unique OTP on your registered mobile number. You share this OTP with the care professional only when you are completely satisfied with the service. The session fee is deducted from your wallet only after the OTP is entered — giving you full control over every payment.
If your assigned care professional does not arrive, your booking amount is 100% refunded to your Workeezi Wallet immediately — no questions asked.
